Refund & Return Policy

At OnlineKrishna.in, your satisfaction is our priority. We strive to deliver the best quality groceries to your doorstep. However, if you’re not completely satisfied with your order, we’re here to help.


1. Returns & Replacements

We accept returns or replacements for the following reasons:

  • Damaged or Defective Items

  • Wrong Items Delivered

  • Expired Products

If you receive any such items, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with a photo of the product and your order details.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are non-returnable:

  • Fresh fruits and vegetables

  • Frozen items

  • Opened or partially used products

  • Items without original packaging


3. Refund Process

Once we receive your return request and verify the issue, we will initiate:

  • Replacement: Delivered at no extra cost (if available)

  • Refund: Processed to your original payment method within 5–7 working days

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refund will be provided via bank transfer or store credit.


4. Order Cancellation

  • You may cancel your order before it is dispatched.

  • Once dispatched, cancellation is not possible.

  • In case of prepaid orders, the amount will be refunded within 5–7 working days.
