We currently provide delivery services in Borivali (West), Mumbai and select nearby areas.
To check delivery availability in your area, please enter your PIN code at checkout or contact us directly.

2. Delivery Time

  • Same-Day Delivery: Orders placed before 12:00 PM are usually delivered the same day.

  • Next-Day Delivery: Orders placed after 12:00 PM are typically delivered the next working day.

  • Delivery Hours: 9:00 AM – 9:00 PM, Monday to Saturday

Note: Sundays and public holidays may affect delivery schedules.

3. Delivery Charges

  • Free Delivery: On orders above ₹499

  • Delivery Fee: ₹30 for orders below ₹499

Charges may vary for specific areas or during high demand.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order is confirmed, you will receive a call or SMS with delivery confirmation. For updates, feel free to call us at 📞 93216 78360.

5. Delivery Attempts

If the customer is not available at the time of delivery:

  • We will attempt one reschedule.

  • If undelivered after repeated attempts, the order will be marked as cancelled and may not be eligible for a refund (especially for perishable items).

6. Delays or Exceptions

Delivery may be delayed due to:

  • Weather conditions

  • Public holidays

  • High order volume

  • Unexpected service disruptions

We will inform you promptly in case of delays and do our best to fulfill your order on time.
